ProEvolution Academy, a Football Training Centre with a Unique Concept
To offer an innovative experience to young footballers, two former players have set up this football training centre in Malta in 2021.
The two founders of this football training centre in Malta have acquired international experience which enabled them to identify two key factors that greatly influence the course of a sporting career:
- On the one hand, the top level trains players destined to play at a high level, while the amateur level trains players for the amateur level. Training under the guidance of former professionals in an intense environment provides a mental and sporting education that prepares players to succeed at the highest level.
- On the other hand, it is easier to seize opportunities in small countries. Smaller European countries offer more scope for sporting development because the general level of education in the country is lower.
On the strength of this analysis, the two former players decided to move to Malta to set up a brand new approach a football training centre that combines these two elements.
Our Football Training Centre Programme
The main aim of the ProEvolution Academy is to offer a unique experience to young players at amateur level, which until now has been inaccessible to most of them: living for 1, 3, 5 or 9 months in a real football training centre.
Our football training centre in Malta offers a threefold training project:

- School or vocational training with intensive English language learning and the opportunity to take a range of academic and professional courses online.

1. Training in a Professional Sports Environment
The players selected to join our football training centre in Malta live in a sporting environment very similar to that of the famous football training centres of professional clubs.
As well as following a regular programme of intensive technical, tactical and physical training, our players also benefit from a individual follow-up throughout the programme.
This means that each player receives a personalized attention from the coaches, who help them to improve their individual skills and work on their weaknesses. With this individual monitoring, players can progress more quickly and reach their full potential.
